By day, PerkUp is a rewards program for employees. By night, we partner with other companies to bring our community financial assistance when times get tough.
Due to Covid-19, we are offering financial assistance to hospitality workers in New Orleans who experienced financial hardship.

Here's how it works:
- Register using the embedded form. Use a personal email address that you check often!
- Check your email for a confirmation email.
- Click on the survey link within the email and answer a few questions. This step is important because this is where you will choose your assistance card!
- Wait for a reminder to text to let you know you are approved and further instructions.

Sign up for your monthly Covid-19 Financial Assistance by filling out the form below with your email address that you check the most. Please enter the company you worked for as of March 2020 and your current employment status.
